My favorite
I have a bunch of the metal knitting needles and they’re good, they do the job and they’re long enough for all my projects so far but I have heard, from other knitters, that wood ones were even better and I wanted to try them out since I had a lot of times when my work just slipped right off the metal ones. These are fantastic. They’re a beautiful color and quality. I chose the color “Caspian”. They don’t snag, they’re very smooth but they hold the work so it doesn’t slide off when you’re not expecting it. They’re much shorter than the metal needles but they come with the part to make them circular or longer if you use the plastic disk on the end instead of attaching both ends to the needles. There is a little metal key included so when you attach the circular portion you tighten them with the key otherwise they will unscrew constantly as you’re working. These are comfortable to hold and use even for a long time. The tip is very fine so it can get into tight stitches. The little pouch they come in is great for storing and keeping everything organized. There is a good variety of sizes that so far I have always had the size I needed. They have not splintered or cracked. I’m trying to find projects and excuses to knit so I can use them more. I would buy these again if I can find different sizes or if I needed more for any reason. I would also give these as a gift, I’m confident someone else would love these as much as I do.

Worth the splurge!
It took me a while to allow myself to get a nice needle set. After repeated trips to get different size needles and lengths, I finally decided to get this set. Super smooth wood, very lightweight, easy to exchange the cord lengths. One downside is that the needles can unscrew themselves but this is very minor. Great quality and worth the splurge!

Absolutely get these
I’m a crocheter of several years, but got into knitting a few weeks ago. I learned on Chiaogoo needles, then tried Knitter’s Pride and then these. Chiaogoo are long (which I like) but not buttery smooth—if you like grippy though, those are good… though also quite expensive. The Knitter’s Pride were nice and super smooth, but too short for me. These KnitPicks ones are JUST RIGHT. They are truly buttery smooth, but NOT slippery and still have a nice grip on the yarn. But not overly grippy. The purple cords they come with are very pretty. I think the price is quite fair and budget friendly. I highly recommend trying these. The only thing that disappointed me was how much darker they are compared to the photo on the Amazon listing (I got the Sunburst needles). But they’re still unique, natural looking and pretty. Happy knitting!

Like butter
Smooth and so beautiful. A pleasure to knit with. The only time I had to switch to metal needles was when doing a pattern with multiple wraps. They would slow things down too much. I bought the fry me set first. It was love at first knit. The majestic color way is gorgeous. The tips are pointy. Good for lace work.

Good quality
I liked the color and the quality of these needles. My only dislike is that the tips are rather sharp. I took some sandpaper and rounded them slightly so that they weren’t quite so pokey.

I’m not an experienced knitter, so take the following with a grain of salt
I ordered the Foursquare set and they are beautiful. When I wanted to try knitting last year, I just bought a set of the cheapest circular needles I could find (also from Amazon- the bamboo needles with colorful, clear tube connectors are great for beginners, just fyi). After deciding that I wanted to stick with this craft, I wanted to invest in a decent set of needles that took up less space. I decided on this set. I’ve added a picture of my first project with these needles and if you know the stress a new knitter puts on their needles with cable knit stitches, you know that any wood is a risky choice. The 3.75mm did not even creak when I was working those stitches off my cable needle. I was worried about the interchangeable parts coming unscrewed and losing my work, but they did not budge once. After I finished the hat, I could not unscrew them without the little wire tool that comes with the set, so keep that in mind and keep that tool safe. The thread posts are quite long, 6mm, which I feel should give you plenty of time to feel that your needle is wiggly before it comes completely disconnected. Finally, I have to touch on the square shape- it is so much more comfortable than round needles are. I couldn’t say why, but my hands didn’t hurt as much with these as they did with my old cheap ones. I’m very happy with this purchase. They’re high quality, well designed, and gorgeous.

Worth every penny!
I LOVE my new knitting needles. I had been working with a cheap set made of bamboo with plastic tubing, and was struggling a bit with how much the yarn stuck to the needles and the tubing, and got hung up on the places where the tubing attached to the tips. But the final straw was when the tubing flat out broke on one set and popped off the needle of another set mid-project. This time I did my research and ordered the Knit Picks set, and they are awesome! The wood for the tips is not only beautifully decorated, it’s polished and very smooth. The cable attaches by screwing on to the tips, not just friction, and the join is smooth as glass so the stitches glide over it without any catch or snag. The cable itself is a true cable, with a braided wire core and plastic sheath. It’s also very thin, so it’s both very flexible and very durable, and the stitches slide across very easily. I’m working a tight-knit piece that was almost painful on the old set, since I had to tug the stitches around the sticky plastic tubing and unpolished bamboo needles. With these, I’m working faster and it’s sheer joy how easily everything moves! Can’t recommend enough – they cost more, yes, but you get what you pay for! I expect these to last a lifetime!

Amazing needles, better customer service
Not only are these needles awesome but they also have amazing customer service. I was knitting way too tight and ended up snapping a needle. I contacted the company and they are replacing it free of charge. The needles are easy to connect and allow you to work on multiple projects at once. An added bonus: you can use the extra cords as extensions when you knit items like vests or sweaters. I am super pleased with this purchase.

Excellent Customer Service
So I’ve had these just under a year and on of my needles broke, I called the knitpicks support, I spoke to a real person within seconds of dialing. She was so helpful and they are sending a replacement for my broken needle. Best customer service experience I have had in years. Thank you!

Love them so far
Really nice quality. My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that the little key, that is supposed to tighten the needles in place, does not do anything! It just spins around when you turn it… I don’t get any tightening effect like it says it will do. There’s no snug fit with it there. It just feels like I’m loosely spinning it around. I don’t see how it is supposed to tighten it at all. Pretty annoyed by that, otherwise I like them!

Everything you need in a kit
I was using regular knitting needles and spotted this kit and decided to give it a go. It was a bit of a learning curve but it didn’t take long to adjust. All in all they work well and I haven’t had any trouble with the cable separating from the needles. Just use the cable key provided to lock it into place. They are by far the prettiest needles I’ve used, convenient case included and the kit contains a good assortment of sizes.

Great value, love the wood grain detail
They’re a great value and I’ve not stopped using them since I got them. There’s some variance in the wood grain, so if you want to be more selective, I would buy them at a store where you can compare and choose the set you like best.

Cord is not very flexible and difficult to use for magic loop
Pros first, I love the needle tips. They’re sharp and they feel great in my hands, I knit so fast with them.My problem is with the cords when doing magic loop. The cords are not very flexible and often get in my way when knitting, or they pull the needle a certain way that makes knitting difficult. Compared to some other brands they are much more difficult to work with for magic loop. This is more minor, the case is really flimsy and the top part tore off after a month.

Love these
Love these needles so much, but I immediately had to purchase a 16” cable and then a separate set of size 3 fixed circulars which bums me out a little. I’ll still get a lot of use out of them, but it seems an oversight to include 2 24” cables and not a 16”??

Very Nice Needles
I have a thing for wooden knitting needles so I’m a little biased. But these needles are great. The wood is perfectly polished so they’re very smooth. The connector is quite strong. I haven’t had to worry about the needle coming apart. The cords are strong. My only complaint is that they have a strong memory so they like to go back to their original shape, sometimes getting in the way. Finally, they are beautiful! I got the Radiant pack and they are absolutely gorgeous!

Separated
The convenience of these are awesome! I can carry just about any size needle with me in a fraction of the space. Only issue is one of the cables separated from the thread while I was knitting. I was able to super glue it back together but almost lost all my stitches! For the price, I feel like the quality should be a little better.

Defective cable
Check cables. These might have defective ends.No hole through as shown in the photo to turn the key. The cable also twice unscrewed from the tip end during my trial. What I love: it doesn’t split yarn like Clover Bamboo needles. What I don’t like: the connectors with the cable aren’t smooth and catch on yarn, do not move smoothly over, need a push.I tried these with Acrylic, merino wool yarn. So, I am returning these but I will hold into them until Knit Pro Symfonie arrives.

Love this set
Great needle set if you prefer longer needle tips as I do. The lighter wood color makes it easy to see both light and dark yarns as you knit. My only disappointment was that they do not offer smaller sizes; it would be great to only need this set and not separate size 0-3 sets.

It is Everything That is Advertised!
Since casting on my first project on these needles. I must day it was definitely worth the price. Stitches glide easily over the needles and where the connector is located. I’m happy with the cord sizes. One detail that is in fact left out. This set comes with a 40″ cord. It is written on the information sheet that shows you how to twist the needle onto the connector piece. I’m a magic loop knitter and need a 40″ for socks mostly. Very happy to see it does have the 40″ cable. The colors I chose also very beautiful and eye catching which is another reason for the purchase. Majestic was calling my name. So I decided to purchase it.Very happy with my interchangeable needles set. This is my very first set. I’ve always heard great things about KnitPicks and I’m glad I listened. These needles are very easy to work, lightweight, and like I already mentioned very happy with the cord lengths included in the package.Hope you all found my review helpful!Happy Knitting!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice needles.
These are very nice needles and I am glad I got them. I am new to knitting in the round and realized two things about this set. The overall length from one end to the other is too long for knitting hats. With the needles attached, it measures 24” in length. Not a problem since I can use this set for other projects. The other thing is, the description is wrong. Instead of getting two 24” cords and two 32” cords, I got two 24” cords, one 32” cord and one 40”. Please keep in mind that these measurements include the needles attached to the cords. I did what I could to take pictures to show the length of the cords. It was difficult since they curl and don’t want to stay straight. They curl as they are intended and it is smooth where the cord joins to the needles. No complaints on functionality, feel and quality.

Beautiful, but the cables are unremarkable
I love this set, but i was also really intrigued by knot packs claim of ‘memory free’ cables. They very much remember that thet are cooked into a circle for packaging, and are nearly exactly like knitters pride cables. That said, I’m still extremely pleased, but that claim is a bit of a reach

Cubic interchangeable Needles – I like it
i have been using cubic or square needles for awhile. I find that the tension is more even. However, buying each individual set, was just to expensive so I chose to buy these set of interchangeable needles. I was a bit skeptic about wooden needles, but these are very light, so far so good. The only issue I had was that the needles came of the cord twice while I had yard on them. Otherwise, they feel nice on the hands.

Wonderful beginner kit
I am a crocheter at heart and need to learn to knit since some of my projects are a mix of both arts. Those knitting needles are beautifully made, almost a piece of art.The yarn slides easily on the needles, easy to hold and the variety of sizes are a plus. The etching on the metallic part are in Imperial and metric system. The down side is that the cords or cables aren’t labeled with the length etched on them which can be easily done since they have also metallic ends.Be careful while screwing the cable as the thread can be damaged.I’ve been knitting a beginner shawl and the cable still didn’t come off after a few days.A little explanatory booklet will be a great asset to the set. I didn’t know what the key was for and had to watch a video about it.Overall, those needles and cables are a great plus to have even as a beginner.Buying sometimes a lower quality can ruin the desire to go on.The kit may be on the high end cost but it is worth every penny and easy to store. No need for those big pointy sticks that we can lose and have to put a cork at the end to avoid any injury.

Good interchangeable set!!
Update: I’ve been knitting with these for 5 months and had to drop a star. I’m still thrilled with the look and function of the interchangeable needles. I’ve only had a connection loosen once and likely didn’t tighten it enough as it’s never happened since. However – I have had several of the sizes lose their smooth texture/coating after a decent amount of use. Not sure if it’s the way I knit causing it, but it makes them a little less enjoyable to use. I ended up testing out the metal and think I’ll convert more sizes to those for that reason.Original review: I’ve been knitting for about a year, and it was time for an upgrade from the cheap beginner needles I’d purchased online when starting out. These are perfect! I love the wood as it seems a bit smoother than bamboo, but not as slick as metal. I love the interchangeable needles and have used several sizes already making a sweater. The connections are smooth, and I haven’t had any issues with them loosening at all as I knit. I also love that I can buy different cord sizes as needed. And they have such a unique and pretty look. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

square needle lover for life
so i got these today and immediately opened it and started swatching. So far, so good! Sooooo good! nothing seems to be out of place. the needles are super smooth. I tried bamboo needles once and hated them so i swore off wooden needles. i bought these because i wanted to try square needles, and i am so glad i did! these are so nice and smooth and warm. they feel nice in the hands (though i dont have any stress injuries or issues with the round needles *yet*) The square needle has also helped my gauge quite a bit-now my stitches are super even ( i am loose knitter for the most part). i am pretty thrilled with this purchase.***I bought the mosaic set for my mom and she loves them! she never used wood needles before (and had the same biases as i did based on a bad experience with bamboo needles). She has the mosaic set. I still use the foursquares whenever i can.****Update: the foursquares are tough with dark yarns. I still love them, and use them when i can, but with dark colors (and fine yarns like laceweight stuff), it is almost impossible to see). I hope knit picks makes these square things in a lighter color? sunstruck? I would buy those! still worth it though.

I AM IMPRESSED
I am very excited to have received these needles today. I have examined each needle and there isn’t a flaw to be found. They are smooth as silk. The light color makes them perfect for use with dark yarns. The packaging is lovely, I especially like that it is clear and labeled with the size for each pair of tips. The cords have their own pouch on the reverse side of the package and are 2 individual compartments so they don’t get tangled together. I immediately (and I mean immediately) knitted my current project off the Lykke dark needles and onto these lighter Knit Picks tips. I am usually a “knitting needle snob” but these compare in every way to Lykke, Chaiogoo, Addi or any needles I have paid way too much for. There are 8 tips from US size 4 to 11, 4 cords, 8 end caps, and 2 “wrenches” for tightening the needles. The only thing they could do to improve this set is to include a cord connector to join cords. I don’t generally do reviews, however I was so impressed with the quality, packaging, performance and price, I had to put in my 2 cents worth. Don’t hesitate to purchase these and . . . . . .Happy knitting !!

They are beautiful.
I would consider myself a beginner knitter. I have had a hard time finding knitting needles are of good quality and easy to use. These are not only beautiful but are a very good quality. They are easy to change between needle tips. The transition between the needles and the hoop is very smooth, with no snagging on the yarn. I would buy these as a gift for another knitter without hesitation.

FOURSQUARE Review
I want to make it clear that I’m reviewing the FOURSQUARE interchangeable set. I don’t appreciate Amazon lumping all the sets into one basket of reviews.I bought this set because I’m developing a severe distaste for the sound/feel of metal on metal knitting and my only other set of interchangeables is metal. I was also curious about the square shape. My go-to needles are usually the Takumi bamboo needles, but this set is much more affordable than their set. This set comes with needles US 4 through US 11 and four sets of cords (as well as a connection to combine cords, a tool for tightening, and quite a few end buttons). So far I haven’t had any issues with snags at the connection point and as long as I use the tool to tighten the needles I don’t have issues with them unscrewing as I knit. The square shape has come in handy when trying to wrestle with heavier gauge yarn on the bigger needles, but I’m not sure if there is an advantage with the smaller gauge. All I know is that they are not hurting my hands and the wood looks pretty. The wood is also smooth so yarn glides across it without it feeling too slippy. It feels like the perfect cross between a bamboo (with a little bit of grab) and metal (which always feels like a dropped stitch waiting to happen for me).Overall, I am pleased with this purchase – especially given the price. If I change my mind over time, I will check back in and update.

Well designed by knitters. With one system, you can knit ANYTHING – circular, flat, magic loop what ever.
I love these needles. Price is good. Wood is nice because they are warm in your hands and not as slippery as nickle plated or as sticky as acrylic. They don’t break as easily as the acrylic either. The points are long and sharp enough that they can be used for cables and decreases easily. The cords are soft enough to work magic loop and stiff enough to slide stitches easily. Interchangeables give a huge amount of flexibility. In circular knitting I use the correct size for gauge on the right or active needle and a couple of sizes smaller on the left or passive needle. This makes the stitches flow back onto the passive needle easily and makes for faster knitting, especially with decreases where you need to knit into two or more stitches. With a 40″ cable I can knit a flat afghan in one piece. Using magic loop I can knit a 6 stitch I cord with no problem. To make a hat using a longer cord, just make a loop of the cord at the beginning of each round (kind of half of a magic loop technique), as the rounds get smaller, switch to full magic loop. The whole thing fits in a little pocket container with room for stitch markers and a cable needle. I threw away my straight needles. No more long ends flopping about. No more heavy work to hold up. No more clumsy double points. Knitting with this system is streamlined and tidy with all the weight on the cable, resting in your lap. I have two sets, one in sunstruck (light colored) and one in caspian (darker colored). With a different colored needle in each hand I can tell instantly which direction I should knit (in the round). With a needle that contrasts the color of the yarn on the passive side, it’s easier to see the stitches as you’re knitting. If you purl tighter then you knit on flats, you can put a larger needle on the active purl side to get a really even knit. This set will literally do anything. I don’t use anything else. You can add larger size points that work with the system, or different size cables directly from Knit Picks (sadly, they are a little slow to ship and no Amazon prime 2 day delivery).

Beautifully well made set
This set was even nicer than I had expected. I have always used metal knitting needles so I was concerned about how well wood one’s wood glide, these are not only well made, easy to put together, but they were smooth and have a wonderful glide to them. The wood is beautiful and the set come with everything you need. I would recommend these. Seller was also great, these arrived very quickly.

Would give 5 but for this…
The shape of the needles is great, super sharp which I love and the square shape feels good in my hand. The only downside so far is the needles have some catches in them that I tried to sand down and ended up coating the affected needle with clear nail polish. Once I did that it worked great.

These tips screw on, which make them very stable. I have had others come apart in the middle of knitting a row. The wood is so smooth though easy to grip. Color is lovely.

Very comfortable
Pros: the cuboid shape is actually easy to hold and the yarn loops don’t care. The Mystic set I got is very pretty. Ends are nice and pointy but not pokey. Unlike some circular cables these have stayed tight at the joins. Overall they’re winners.Cons: They could maybe be a bit heftier. My smaller size needles flex quite a bit under a heavy yarn. Hope they don’t break.

My favorite needle set!
I have two favorite sets of needles, this one and Addi lace (pink case). Depending on a yarn I use and project I am making these are fantastic! Smooth joints, never have they come undone for me, very smooth finish compared to other wooden needles I have (like knitters pride). Sharper tip also. Cords are a bit stiffer than Addi, but I like it, fine for magic loop. Will buy it again in a heart beat. The price is right also.

Love these needles
I received my needles one day after I ordered them and they are so beautiful and so easy to work with. I am a beginner and have bought some bamboo circular needles and a pair of metal needles. The bamboo was very easy to work with and the metal was almost impossible. My stitches kept sliding off or I would completely drop the needle and it would slide out of my work. These are perfectly for me. They don’t grab the thread as much as the bamboo and the needles are very smooth without being slippery. I did have a defective needle one of my #4 needles had a notch out of it so I contacted support and 4 days later I received a replacement pair of needles. 5 stars for great product and customer service. I have no complaints at all.

Not too slippery and right sizes
This set has been my go-to for the majority of my projects. I love the colors, the feel, how light they are, and my stitches don’t slip no matter the size (but they do slide well). Other pros include that the threads hold the needles tight when adjusted with the pin, and the locking caps are easy to get on and off without tools.Cons include that the shortest cords are really quite short and based on how I knit, end up bending acutely just past the joint (this may be different for you, so bear that in mind). Also, when I am working with really soft yarns (alpaca, baby wool, etc) the yarn will catch on the joint between the cable and needle. It isn’t bad but it’s enough to be annoying. The cons aren’t enough for me to stop enjoying their use – those are faults I can live with.My biggest problem is that I don’t have enough sets for all the projects I am doing!

Beautiful but…
These needles are beautiful but the first pair I grabbed to use has a spot that the yarn is catching on. I’m hoping I’ll be able to sand it down without causing any other issues.

Big step up from learn to knit kit needles…
I just started knitting a couple of weeks ago on some cheap wooden needles that came with a kit. They have very blunt tips and caught on the yarn horribly. As I started learning, a lot of people were recommending starting on circular needles rather than straight. I am so happy I listened to that advice. I bought these because they seemed like a good brand. They fell high quality to me and are laminated and fairly sharp for wood needles so they don’t split my stitches like the blunter bamboo ones. I am currently working on a huge scarf/shawl and the cables have made it so much easier. I only wish this came with more needle sizes on the larger end. I am going to see if there isn’t another set out there from knit picks with larger needles too. Still worth every penny!

Nice
I read a lot of review’s on several different products before picking this one. It’s been over 30 years since I knitted. So I pretty much are re-learning.I really like these needles. Smooth but not too slippery. I would recommend if you like to take your project with you to take the little connection tool with you just in case in comes loose. You can definitely tell when it does because your stitches don’t slide smoothly over the grove. It doesn’t happen often at all but I would take it with me just in case.

Highly recommended; best for those who want to try square needles.
Excellent knitting needles. I’ve been anxious to find a set of really good square interchangeable needles, and these really delivered! I have tried several other types of square needles, and these have been by far my favorite. I am a long-time knitter and have not noticed a significant change in my stitch consistency. These are more comfortable to hold for longer periods of time when compared to say a round, nickel-plated needle. I have to remark on the number of people who don’t like the darker color of the wood. I’ve had no problem whatsoever, even when knitting yarn which matched the colors in the Majestic line. Good grief, just knit under better lighting.Pros: Excellent finish on well-crafted wooden needles, consistent shapes/sizes, no rough spots, no splintering, joins are typically smooth, just the right pointiness. When knitting, the needles touching or gliding together is barely perceptible, and they actually feel like high-end needles. The finish hasn’t worn off, and the “grabbiness” is just about perfect for knitting with any yarn.Cons: I’d have to go with the general consensus on the gauge difference. If the needle is a US size 4, it will fit perfectly into the hole on your needle sizer; but, it is the four corners of the needle which touch the hole, leaving some air around the flat surfaces. Usually I wind up having to go up one size to get my gauge. This is irrelevant however, if you knit gauge swatches. But this also means you need the interchangeable set so you can get the right gauge.

Absolutely amazing
It is soooo worth the money to buy these. I wasn’t expecting to be so smooth and sturdy until my friend told me that it’s so worth it to buy more expensive knitting needles. I gave these a shot and love it!!! It doesn’t twist off as you are using it as long as you tighten it well. These are the only set of needles I have used since I brought these. It comes in a nice pack for all of your needles and the cords. The only con I can think of is that the cord only has two sizes, and I sometimes need a smaller cord.

Love….But….
I wanted to write a review about these, since I’ve had them for quite a while, and I’ve had other knitting needles to compare them to. I love working with them, they have a wonderful glide to them, they are streamlined through the yarn, and they grab the yarn just ever so slightly. You would think that would be perfect, but there is one flaw when it comes to these needles: the squareness of them causes the needles to rub against the edges of the square, causing that part of the wood to break down. when I knit with them now, I can feel and sense that slight rubbing of the needle against the corner of the square. So beware if you should decide to get these. Square isn’t wise when it comes to knitting needles working with each other.

DO check for faulty glue upon arrival, but Knit Picks has excellent customer service, so you’ll probably be OK
There seems to be a problem with the adhesive that secures the tips into the metal caps (the part that the cables thread into). In the 8.0mm (size 11) and 6.5mm (size 10.5) pairs, on the first use, one of the wooden tips fell out. Unfortunately, I use those large sizes so rarely that this didn’t come up until now – nearly 10 months after I bought them and way after I could send them back. Realizing that I haven’t tried to cast on with the 5.5mm (size 9) tips yet either, I tried those, and found that sadly, they are also faulty. On the plus side, the set is good for the price as long as all the needles are adequately glued in. Except in the conditions where the tips were failing, I found the joins and the needles themselves to be smooth, and did not have a problem with yarn becoming caught anywhere.Just make sure you check every needle tip as soon as you receive the set by actually attaching them to a cable, not just with you fingers. These did not come loose until I applied the torque of tightening them to the cable ends.I have contacted the manufacturer/seller (that is, KnitPicks), and depending on their response I may update this review.EDIT: I should note that, had none of the tips failed, the set would be a solid 4 stars from me, though still not 5. This is because I also find the included cables to be too stiff, and on a couple, the key hole (the little hole drilled through the cables’ ends for the wire key used to tighten them to the needle tips) is too small for the wire keys. This is not a huge deal as generally I use other cables, and, so far, between all the cables and keys, I have always been able to find *some* key to fit any given cable end.UPDATE (12/08/2017): I contacted the Knit Picks (first by e-mail, but there was some confusion there, so then by phone) and their customer service department quickly dispatched replacements for the defective needles, in sizes 9, 10, 10.5, and 11, free of charge. (The size 10s were included because I mentioned that one of the10s seemed a bit loose but was still OK to use when I was speaking with them on the phone, and the rep said she would send replacements for those too, just in case.) The replacements arrived today, I have checked them all, and all are in good order. Adding back the two stars. Very glad to see them standing by their products – you don’t find that happens very much anymore, and the replacements arrived so quickly that I have not really fallen behind on my gift knitting project anyway. So basically, no harm, no foul.

Purchased as gift. My wife likes having all the basic sizes handy in one spot and the connecting cables in different lengths.

COULD BE BETTER!!!
First, I looked at several reviews regarding this particular circular needle. I LOVE HOW POINTY THEY ARE! A lot of people don’t like pointy needles so if you’re one of those people, then these are not for you.Second, this is my PERSONAL preference! I don’t like the particular cord that Knit Picks use. I’d rather prefer the one that Chiagoo and others that use the same material as them for their cords simply because it’s more versatile to work with and doesn’t get in the way of working as much.Third, I didn’t like how this set doesn’t give all needle sizes for the price. As well as a much needed rubber grip. Conclusion of my overall opinion of this KnitPick set that is currently being returned for refund. This brand has been hyped up by influencers on YouTube so I figured let me try them out and guess what… they failed 😣 miserable in MY PERSONAL OPINION! You have some of the cheapest quality needles on the market offering more than these companies that are supposed to be of higher quality and they are NOT selling us the “BEST QUALITY” or even giving us more for what we pay how backwards is that? Ask yourselves this question 🙋🏾♀️before you go spending your hard earned money. Knit Picks should be ashamed asking for so much money but not seeking to put out 1) Quality Products 2) More for the Amount 3) Customer SatisfactionWHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! CORPORATES GOT GREEDY AND PEOPLE GOT COMPLACENT!!!

So I feel very 50/50 about these needles so ima do pros and consPros:•very pretty•very soft wood•versatile with several size cords•come with a very neat package case thing that keeps everything organizedCons:●the price●the needles unscrew even with using the key●they dull very quickly (I’m a fast knitter but not rough on my needles I’ve only made 1 project with my 4mms and they are already flat)All in all I like them but I’m not over the moon for them I’m a baby knitter I have knitted every single day for a year and I wouldn’t recommend for baby knitters they just aren’t worth the price if you don’t know what you are doing

Great interchangeable needles
The set is great with really smooth needles. My yarn just glides over them. Seems like a very sturdy set of needles. We’ll see how it holds up with use over time. The only two things that I’m not too crazy about is that the color is not as light as pictured and the cables don’t really straighten out. They stay kind of curved from the packaging.

So convenient and beautiful.
I love the convenience of the interchangeable set and these are extremely well made, easy to use, and the finish is lovely. I’ve made 2 projects with them already and my only regret is not buying them sooner!

Great for beginners!
The media could not be loaded.
I’m a beginner knitter and needed to get a set of needles because I just wanted to keep trying different sizes of yarns. This set has been great! I have two other sets from knit picks. For some reason one of my cables with this set is missing the keyhole on one end. Really not a deal breaker for me since I have other cables to use.

Highest Quality Needles at the Most Reasonable Prices! I LOVE these!!!
I absolutely LOVE these needles! I also own the nickel plated ones, as well as other, more expensive brands, but I bought these after getting a size 7 and a 40″ cable with a Knit Picks order for $1.99. I wanted needle with a sharper point for lace work and the size 7 I got was perfect! My husband (who is a carpenter with a HUGE collection of tools) asked why I needed more and more needles in the same size. I explained that I sometimes have 3 or 4 projects, all using a size 8 or I prefer certain needles for certain yarns or projects. I love nickel plate for the fuzzy mohair, sort of sticky yarns or cottons. I like the carbon fiber for the slippery silks and the pointy wood for the wool lace or cabling. These are also interchangeable with Knitter’s Pride Needles and cables. Though price is what originally sold me on these needles, the added bonus of Knit Picks Interchangeables is the tiny hole that is used with a little key to tight the needle tip to the cable. This tiny hole can be used to thread dental floss through to install a lifeline as you knit, saving you the hassle of installing separately. If you have not tried this, do! There are, I am sure videos on You Tube to show you how. If you knit lace, lifelines are invaluable and this method of installing them is brilliant! I use interchangeable almost exclusively, no matter if I am knitting in the round or flat. I use Magic Loop for hats and socks, so I rarely need a small cable or double points. What I love about Knit Picks is they make very high quality products for a very reasonable price, so I can rationalize 2 sets of their needles rather than one set of Hiya Hiyas or Addis and not give up anything. Same goes for their yarns. Why buy Cascade 220 for $10/100 grams, when I can buy Knit Picks Wool of the Andes, which is almost identical and has the same huge choice of color ways for about $7/100 grams? Not a huge difference for a one or two ball project, but it is if you are making a sweater.I have never had a single problem with a Knit Picks product, but I know they will replace anything if I do. Their customer service department responds right away to any questions I’ve had, so I feel confident that a return would be hassle-free.I have rarely found a company that I have loved as much as I do Knit Picks for quality products and services, including awesome tutorials, blogs and other inspiration, so I am happy to recommend them to anyone who knits or crochets or in contemplating either or both!

Broke the US4
Unfortunately the US4 broke soon after I started using it. Be gentle. Otherwise these are fantastic needles.
